Thank you for your comment. Viewfinder from Bradenton, United StatesThe blues of the water and sky are really special. 18 Jan 2008 2:50am Illuci from Hurdegaryp, NetherlandsBeautiful waterscape, simple but with maximum effect! 18 Jan 2008 12:43pm Laurie from New Jersey, United StatesThanks for the info. I remember when Merrill Creek was being built. I remember going to see it was it was being filled. If I remember right there was a lot of controversy and a public outcry against building it since it's purpose was to actually serve the power plants in times of low flow on the Delaware River. I seem to remember "No Pump" signs dotting the landscape all around that area back in the 1980's especially on the Pennsylvania side of the Delaware River. I think it turned out to be an asset myself. It is a lovely nature preserve. 19 Jan 2008 4:55pm @Laurie: I agree, Laurie, it is a lovely nature preserve. I love it there, it's very peaceful and tranquil. I love going there with my camera, most of my photos are from there - I live very close to it. I don't think anyone minds it being there, it is an asset. pedro alexandre from loures, Portugalyou need to come back with another sky to give it another composition, that should be fun. 23 Jan 2008 1:03am dj.tigersprout from San Bruno, CA, United Statesthis is just divine -- that fallen tree in the fore just makes this perfect in every way... bravo!! 30 Sep 2008 6:31pm |
