Color in the Woods

This shot taken through my apple tree into the woods, just to show that there is finally some color... besides brown!

I like that softness in the foreground and, then, that soft carpet of green below ... I took a ride out into the countryside yesterday afternoon and could see tinges of green emerging in the groups of trees and some carpets of light purple fringing the fields ... its a beautiful time to be someone who sees with their eyes and their camera!

That's pretty woodsy and looks somewhat familiar... Spring is slow to come here and the green very slow as well...
