One of the women I work with put a bird feeder outside her office window. This cardinal is in the feeder in the morning when I unlock the office doors!

@rem_la: Yes, she is curious... she flies into the windows of the building most of the day! I think she sees her reflection in the glass!
What a neat idea. I love the way the cardinal is looking at you. Great capture.

@Michael Rawluk: I wish it were my office, I would sit there all day and take pictures!
Great shot and a wonderful good morning. I wonder if the bird enjoys watching you as much as you watching her?!

@Chris: She knew I was there, but must have been real hungry... she didn't care!
What a wonderful idea - I'd do that too, if I had a window in the church office. ;( This is a great capture, Betty.

@Judy: I'm almost tempted to get one for home... as long as I can put it high enough so that the bears can't get to it!

@Evelyne Dubos: It's a very nice feeder, and stays pretty clean!

@Brian: Especially when you can see them so easily right through the window!
I really must get one of these feeders, they're a brilliant idea. What a welcome to work, it would set me up for the day, seeing this each morning. A great capture Betty.

@MaryB: It was ordered from wildbirds.com. It is great, I can't wait to see which birds are feeding when I come in each morning!
Good Shot. When do you expect the visit of the male?

@vu@granby - Gilles Martineau: You know, we haven't seen the male! But there are babies coming to the feeder... and a chipmunk!
Very nice! Those feathered critters are hard to capture well!
