Last Night of Fair... before the storm

This was taken the last day of fair. It is where all the balloons took off from the previous day, Needless to say the balloons did not launch on the last day of Fair!

Wow, the drama in those clouds really gives a new view to the previous posts, I'm not surprised the balloons decided to stay on the ground when these appeared.

Now this is one monster storm brewing up over that fair. Glad it held off until the last day. Great photo Betty, I love these kinds of stormy skies.

@Viewfinder: It seems that every year there is one good thunderstorm during our Fair... sometimes it's a drought breaker! This was a sky you don't see very often in northern New Jersey!

Holy horrible weather, Batman! That is one scary sky. You are brave to stick around to capture it! Wonderful composition allowing the drama of the sky to fill most of the scene.
