Fawn

Last week, a doe gave birth to three fawns under the picnic table next to the parking lot at work! I was not at work that day and missed the excitement. The Mommy had moved two of the fawns to the field next to our building, one was still under the picnic table... and they were mowing the grass. When the employee on the tractor picked up the fawn to move it closer to Mommy, it started crying and Mom followed the tractor all the way to the field. Anyway, today one of the fawn was "hiding" in the grass! Whenever a truck went by on the highway, it flattened down. It never moved. I was able to get these pictures. It looks like it's close the the road, but it is actually quite a distance... in the middle of the lawn.
