@Steve Rice: It's a steam engine that belonged to my uncle and father. My brother and I donated it to the No. 9 Coal Mine and Museum in Lansford PA. That is only the engine part, if you look back, there is a boiler part. They ran track all around my uncle's property and ran it every weekend over thirty years ago.
