@Earnest: They were working on the stream, the pipes were distracting... but the falls were beautiful.

Very good shot technically, the slow shutter speed has been perfect here. Are those some ugly man made tubes along the top of the fall?

A magnificent time exposure, Betty. The steel drainage pipes are an oddity. They appear new. Like the stream stole them away before they could be cemented in place. A river's cry for freedom.

You certainly have perfected your shutter speed for getting beautiful waterfall shots. We could all take some lessons from you. Beautiful scene Betty even with the funny tubes. I wonder what they are for.

stunning shot - love the milky quality of the waterfall.....the sewer pipes are a bit distracting, but overall a wonderful image....what was your shutter speed?

@Chris: Thanks, Chris. We didn't like those pipes, but I wanted the shot. The shot was ISO 100 with a shutter speed of 0.50s.
